Birgu switches off its street lights and the old town glows with thousands of candles. Two evenings of music, heritage and food in one of Malta's oldest towns.
The 9–10 October dates come from Birgufest's own "Mark your calendars" post and Malta Info Guide's article text. Malta Info Guide's info box now says 7–9 October instead. Birgu Local Council hasn't published the programme, so check before you go.
